Transfer Certificate
Parents/Guardians seeking a Transfer Certificate (TC) are requested to kindly note the following:
- 1. Application – A written request must be submitted to the Principal by the parent/guardian of the student.
- 2. Clearance of Dues – All pending dues (fees, library books, school property, etc.) must be cleared before a TC can be issued.
- 3. Processing Time – The school requires one month’s time from the date of application to process and issue the TC.
- 4. Documents Required –
- o Written application from parent/guardian
- o Copy of the latest fee receipt
- o Clearance certificate (library, laboratory, etc. if applicable)
- 5. Issue of TC – The TC will be handed over only to the parent/guardian.
